OPP are investigating a break and enter to a residence in Adelaide Metcalfe. Police tell myFM, on April 1st, they were sent to an address on Newell Road in Adelaide Metcalfe, where the investigation revealed an unknown individual(s) gained entry to the residence through the garage sometime during the daytime hours. A decommissioned firearm along with cash was taken. The investigation is continuing. Police ask if anyone has any information or video surveillance that could assist with the investigation, the OPP can be reached anywhere in the Province of Ontario, or you can contact Crime Stoppers.
