A cyclist has passed away after being hit by a vehicle in the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex.
Emergency crews were called to Melbourne Road between Inadale Drive and Olde Drive just after 12:15 p.m. on May 4th. Police, paramedics, fire crews, and officers from several services responded to the scene.
The cyclist, a 25-year-old from Southwest Middlesex, was taken to hospital where they were later pronounced deceased.
The driver of the vehicle was also taken to hospital as a precaution. Anyone with information is asked to contact Middlesex County OPP.
