People being hired full-time with the municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc will soon be offered an extra week’s paid vacation. Council made the decision Monday night to increase full time new hires vacation package from 2 weeks to 3.
Director of Human Resources Doug Payne told council we have to keep up with the times.
Most councillors agreed 3 weeks vacation is pretty much the standard for new hires these days.
