Many local businesses are finding it difficult these days, with people cutting back on their spending due to high grocery and gas prices. Even the sacred family pizza night is taking a hit.
Mathew and Stephanie Richardson own Slamz Pizza in town and Mathew says they’ve slowed down.
Stephanie says people aren’t giving up everything they love though.
Mathew says a selling point is using local products to make their pizzas and other items whenever they can.
And fun fact. If you’ve been wondering where the heck the name Slamz came from when they used to be called Andy’s Pizza?
