You are invited by Lupine Properties Ltd. to attend a neighbourhood open house to learn more about a proposed development affecting the properties located at 8792 and 8776 Glendon Drive. The application seeks to incorporate these lands into the settlement boundary of Mount Brydges. The proposal includes redesignating the majority of the site to “Neighbourhoods,” with lands along Glendon Drive designated as “Commercial,” and internal parkland and natural heritage areas designated as “Open Space.”
The planned concept envisions a future plan of subdivision featuring a mix of residential, commercial, and community uses. Representatives will also be available to provide information about the developer and the proposed operation and management of the project. The open house goes May 27th, 2026 from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM in the Hartford Room at the Caradoc Community Centre, 565 Lions Park Drive, Mount Brydges.
