Home sales grew steadily last month within the London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors area, which includes Strathroy-Caradoc.
776 homes changed hands, which is up 8.8% compared to May of last year.
The average sales price of a home also took a healthy jump in May at about $662,000 compared to about $618,000 in April.
In Strathroy-Caradoc, the average price for a home was about $600,000.
