The Gutsy Walk for Crohn’s and Colitis Canada stands as Canada’s largest community event dedicated to Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. It’s a vibrant, family-friendly occasion where communities unite to support those impacted by these conditions and its set to go locally in Strathroy this Sunday June 7th for their 30th edition.
President of the Strathroy affiliate of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, Kevin Eagleson says the walk is all set to go.
For three decades, Canadians from all corners of the country have gathered, rain or shine, to champion the cause and the focus on Crohn’s and Colitis.
Since 1996, the Gutsy Walk has raised over $52 million for groundbreaking research and vital programs. Eagleson says talking about it is always a good remedy.
Registration is at 10am Sunday at Alexandra Parkin Strathroy.
