Youth Opportunities Unlimited Strathroy has been named the myFM Ricco Foods Community Partner for the month of July.
Kristan Foley, Housing and Stability Worker with YOU says the organization is honoured to receive the recognition.
Foley told myFM about what Youth Opportunities Unlimited does to supports youth in the area.
The organization also operates a local food bank, which Foley says is in pretty good shape right now.
Youth Opportunities Unlimited is also looking for volunteers to help with the food bank. Anyone interested in volunteering, accessing services, or learning more about the organization is encouraged to visit the office at 32 Frank Street West in Strathroy, call 519-245-7700, or stop by during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
