Middlesex County has issued a county-wide burn ban is now in effect across Middlesex County due to current conditions.
Fire Chiefs from municipalities across the county have worked together to put the ban in place starting Wednesday, July 15th. The ban will remain until conditions improve.
Residents are reminded to follow local fire regulations and check with their municipality for more information about how the burn ban applies in their area.
Officials are asking everyone to use caution and help prevent fires during these dry conditions.
