Warwick Township now owns its Municipal Office Building on Nauvoo Road.
Council recently approved purchasing the property from Watford Investment Group Limited, at a cost of 2.4 Million dollars, calling it an important investment in the Township’s long-term financial sustainability.
The purchase is expected to generate savings of about 100-thousand dollars a year.
