If reaction online is any indication, there could be a lot of people in council chambers next week, for a public meeting about a proposed new housing complex.
There’s an application going forward to Strathroy-Caradoc council on Tuesday (Aug 4) for a zoning by-law amendment at 384 Metcalfe Street East near Egerton, to allow a 4-storey, 47 unit apartment building.
A 2-storey parking garage behind the building is also proposed.
The public is invited to attend the public meeting next Tuesday evening starting at 6pm.
