Residents across Middlesex County can once again have open fires, as the county-wide burn ban has been lifted.
Officials say they will continue to monitor weather conditions, and the burn ban could be put back in place if conditions become too dry.
Before starting any open fire, residents are encouraged to check with their local municipality to make sure there are no restrictions in effect. For more information, contact your local municipal office.
