Lambton County OPP are asking for the public’s help identifying two people following the theft of a golf cart from a campground in Thedford. Police say they received the report on July 31 after the golf cart was stolen from a campground on Northville Crescent. Investigators say surveillance shows two unknown individuals entering a campground lot at approximately 5:58 a.m. on July 30 before driving away with the vehicle. The stolen golf cart is a dark blue 2023 MadJax X Series lifted model with a 48-volt electric motor, off-road tires and serial number 2247ST1042001021. Photos of the suspects and the golf cart have been released. The investigation is continuing, and anyone with information or who recognizes the individuals is asked to contact Lambton County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 and reference file E261092115.
