The town pool in Strathroy is getting along swimmingly this summer.
The Fair Grounds Aquatic Park has been hopping with swimming lessons, aquafit, lane swims, public swims and more.
Aquatic Supervisor Morgan Lalich says it started early.
Lalich says there’s been a lot going on.
The swim team is a large one this year with 60 members aged 4 through 16 and there are swim meets every Wednesday either here at home or on the road.
The pool has had to close a few times due to bad weather which has even included wildfire smoke in the air this season. Lalich says you can always check the status off the pool on the town’s website.
