Strathroy Hospice Chair Tyler Damen is still on cloud 9 following a unanimous vote at Middlesex County Council this week, allowing the future hospice location to be on agricultural land just outside Strathroy.
In an exclusive interview, Damen told myFM he’s thrilled and perhaps a bit surprised with the decision.
He tells us what’s next.
But he doesn’t expect that to happen.
As for when work could start on the Strathroy Hospice?
The mission of a local hospice would be to deliver compassionate end-of-life palliative care to Strathroy-Caradoc, Middlesex County, Lambton County, and surrounding areas in a warm and comforting home-like setting supported by dedicated professionals.
