Two big events planned for this weekend in Strathroy have been postponed because of the weather forecast.
The Hometown Heroes for Hospice Charity Baseball Game, featuring the Strathroy-Caradoc Fire Department and Strathroy-Caradoc Police Service, will now take place in 2027. A new date has not yet been announced.
The Canvas and Culture Night Market has also been postponed. The Municipality has set a new date for the event for Saturday, October 17th.
The changes are being made due to the weather outlook for this weekend, which is calling for a Saturday full of rain.
