A public meeting has been scheduled regarding a proposed zoning by-law amendment for a property at 30 Queen Street in Strathroy.
According to a notice posted at the property, Planning File ZBA16-2026 has been submitted to the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc.
The application proposes to rezone the property from Low Density Residential (R1) to a site-specific Medium Density Residential (R2-H) zone.
The proposed amendment would permit a 10-unit multiple dwelling block, along with 15 parking spaces in the rear yard.
The application also seeks to increase permitted parking coverage from 30 per cent to 35.88 per cent, and reduce the required building setback to the centreline from 38 metres to 20 metres.
A public meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2026, at 6 p.m.
