It’s part of the Active Days for 55+ program thru town hall.
Earlier in the day, check out bocce ball from 9-10 and hybrid yoga…from 10-11 BOTH at the Caradoc Community Ctr.
There’s also Line Dancing at the Strathroy Legion…general from 10am til 11 and advanced from 11 til noon. No experience is needed.

There’s an art meditation workshop at the Strathroy library…1130-1230. Register on their website.

The Strathroy Rockets play next on Thursday taking on Elmira at the WMMC at 730.
The Mt. B Bulldogs host the North Middlesex Stars at the Tri Twsp Arena…Satruday…. a 730 puck drop….
The Strathroy Jets open their season Oct 2nd at the Gemini.
