Middlesex County Library is inviting residents to celebrate Ontario Public Library Week with activities, programs and a chance to win prizes.
The celebration runs next week, with this year’s theme being “Loud for Libraries.” The theme encourages people to show their support by borrowing books and other materials, attending library programs and sharing what they love about their local library.
Residents can also take part in activities at any Middlesex County Library branch for a chance to win prizes.
People can earn ballots by completing the Ontario Public Library Week bingo, taking part in a scavenger hunt, attending a library program or sharing why the library is important to them.
The library is encouraging residents of all ages to visit their local branch, join in the activities and help celebrate the important role libraries play in the community.
