Roy’s Coffee Shop is gearing up for opening their indoor seating as the region enters Stage 3 Friday. Owner Mario Athanasiou says they were visited Wednesday from the health unit and were able to ask any questions they had about reopening. Athanasiou says they’ll have lots of protocols in place.
He adds they’ve been busy pretty much everyday since opening up to delivery and pickup and then patio service with Stage 2 and the customers have been understanding and thoughtful with keeping their distance.
