The restaurant business is among the most challenging spaces to be in during the pandemic. New pandemic protocols including another Stay-at-home order add pressure in a sector that is competitive during the best of times. Hussien Hammed who just opened Strathroy’s second Shawarma shop – Hannah’s Shawarma – tell’s myFM he’s counting on authenticity to drive the business.
Pick up and take-out is available during the stay-at home order. Hussien says Hannah’s on Albert Street is named after his daughter.
