Rezoning applications for two residential developments in Watford are coming down the pipe, and have been approved by Warwick Township Council. Mayor Jackie Rombouts says taking into account other recent development in the municipality, it’s clear the Township
has become an appealing destination.
The newest projects in the works are a 4-unit condo type development for seniors and phase one of a 40 home subdivision on the
north side of Confederation Line.
