The popular food truck recently relocated to the parking lot of the Shops on Sydenham, which co-owner of What the Fork Suzanne Schofield says was done in preparation for what’s next.
The new restaurant will open up in the corner of the mall once renovations are complete. The food truck will stay open, but it may relocate again.
Schofield added that the community support with the truck relocating to the mall parking lot, and the support they have received about opening the diner have been amazing and it keeps getting better as word spreads about the popular spot.
