The Township of Warwick Council approved their 2022 budget recently with a unanimous not to increase the tax rate for 2022. Mayor Jackie Rombouts says Council passed a fair and balanced budget that will continue to improve the municipality, while maintaining its status of having the lowest tax rate in Lambton County.
Rombouts says “Council recognizes the importance of being efficient wherever we can while maintaining the high standards that our community expects, a zero per cent tax increase will help our community members through these uncertain financial times.”
The detailed 2022 Budget is available online and the consolidated 2022 budget which includes all amendments made by Council will be posted once available.
