Lambton-Kent-Middlesex Provincial Candidates were in Alvinston on Tuesday for a debate. Incumbent PC Monte McNaughton, the NDP’s Vanessa Benoit, New Blue candidate David Barnwell and None of the Above candidate Dean Eve was present. Candidates for the Ontario party, Green party and the Liberal party were not at the event. We asked the voters in attendance, what the biggest issues facing the election were.
Tuesday’s debate was held by the Middlesex Federations of Agriculture at the Brooke-Alvinston-Inwood Community Centre. Voter questions ranged from protection of farmland, to student support post online learning and the Health Care Crisis.
