The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is proposing to undertake an amendment to its Zoning By-law 43-08 in order to introduce “Temporary Public Outdoor Patios” associated with a restaurant, club, arena / hall, recreation facility or place of entertainment, covered or uncovered, for the use of the patrons of said establishment. The amendment will add, to the Zoning By-law, a definition and provisions for the establishment of the temporary patio, which may include but not limited to; limiting the size of the patio, its location, and assignment of parking spaces. There will be a virtual public hearing on June 6th at 6pm. All the details on how to register or submit questions and comments can be found on our website.
Due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements, the format of public meetings has changed and will now take place virtually.
