More land being scooped up in Strathroy’s Molnar Industrial Park as Council approved another land purchase this week at council. Town Staff commenced discussions with Tradetek Automations Inc. in 2021. The conversations and subsequent negotiations led to a confirmed Agreement of Purchase & Sale on January 13th this year for 2.74 acres of land in the Park. Michael Buranyi, Development Commissioner says the two newest land deals will be somewhat connected.
Tradetek Automations Inc. will also provide logistics service providers which will create new jobs along with new assessment for the municipality.
