The Duke on Sydenham in Strathroy had a very successful 2022 fundraising golf tournament as it raised over $5000 at Arkona Fairways for their 2022 charity of choice this year, the Strathroy Salvation Army. A cheque presentation occurred last week and Rick Pereira of the Duke says choosing to donate to the Salvation Army was an easy one.
Major Jason Dannock says they are so thankful for the donation.
There were 116 golfers that participated, and Pereira says they are very happy to be helping out the community.
