Good news for market goers, the Strathroy Downtown Farmers Market has been extended to October 8th. The market has been a popular spot for Strathroy-Caradoc and surrounding area residents. Kait Topham, Events and Booking Coordinator for Strathroy-Caradoc says there was enough interest to extend the weekly event.
Vendor applications are still being accepted, and for any vendors looking to get involved, you can go to the Strathroy Downtown Market Facebook page or Instagram page for a vendor form, the Strathroy-Caradoc municipality website or email market@strathroy-caradoc.ca. The market is also looking for Buskers, so if you like playing live music or showing off your talents, you can email Kait. The last summer markets are August 27th and September 3rd from 8am to Noon. Fall markets are September 10th, 17th, 24th, October 1st, and 8th 9am to 1pm.
