A taste of Jamaica is making it’s way to Strathroy.
Cool Vibes Caribbean Cuisine is a new online restaurant that is open Saturdays and Sundays and specializes in Caribbean Cuisine.
Melecia Goulbourne. chef and owner, tells myFM they are heavily inspired by home.
Cool Vibes Caribbean Cuisine’s grand opening is this Saturday and you can now pre-order through their facebook page.
Goulbourne says down the line, they would like to move the business into a restaurant.
They have a packed menu that will let you have a slice of Jamaica.
All of this along with tons of sides as well. She adds they are just a small family business starting out looking to bring a taste of home to Strathroy.
