A 402 collision has resulted in charges being laid. OPP tell us, on Tuesday, they along with EMS called to the Westbound lanes of Highway 402, in Adelaide Metcalfe Township, between Kerwood Road and Sexton Road, for a commercial vehicle collision. Police say a tractor trailer heading westbound, left the roadway, entered the centre median and rolled on its side. As a result, the trailer, carrying garbage, split and spilled its contents. The highway was reduced to 1 lane in the Westbound lanes for clean-up for approximately 7 hours. The driver was transported to local hospital with a non-life-threatening injury. A 26-year-old of Brampton was charged with Careless Driving.
