A traffic stop for stunt driving has led to impaired charges. OPP tell us on Wednesday they were on general patrol on Calvert Drive in Adelaide Metcalfe, and saw a vehicle travelling well above the posted 90km/h speed limit. A traffic stop was initiated. Police say the individual had previously consumed alcohol at which time an Approved Screening Device (ASD) was utilized. The driver was arrested and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment where further tests were administered. A 28-year-old from Thedford has been charged.
