Middlesex OPP, EMS and London Fire, were called to Decker Drive in Middlesex Centre for a severe single-vehicle accident on Monday just before 2p.m. Police say they determined a commercial vehicle veered off the road, overturned, and collided with a hydro pole. The sole occupant of the vehicle succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The investigation is currently ongoing.
