Middlesex County OPP responded to a disturbance at a North Middlesex residence on New Ontario Road on October 17th just after 7:30 p.m.
As a result a 15-year-old was caught without issue and charged with one count of Mischief Under $5,000 under the Criminal Code.
The accused has been released from police custody and is set to address the charges in the Ontario Court of Justice on a later date.
The youth’s identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA).
