Residential development will finally move forward on a lot that has been vacant for quite some time in Strathroy’s North end. This week, Strathroy-Caradoc Council entered into a condominium agreement with Mitre Corporation for 430 Head Street North, Strathroy. The condominium project is situated between Abagail Street and Pannell Lane, spanning about 1.09 hectares, it’s set to accommodate 21 detached vacant land condominium units.
Council redefined the property’s zoning on December 19th, 2022, transforming it from Low Density Residential (R1) to a site-specific Medium Density Residential (R2-25) zone. More information on these links.
