Thinking about putting up a fence maybe this Spring? As of February 5th, Strathroy-Caradoc has a new set of rules for building and taking care of fences. The new bylaw applies to all properties in Strathroy-Caradoc. If you want to build a fence around a pool, you need permission. Existing fences that were okay before the introduction of the bylaw, will not need to change.
