Police track down a driver and lay charges. OPP tell myFM on Tuesday of this week, they were dispatched to a traffic complaint in the area of Highbury Avenue North and Highway 401 followed by a second complaint a short time later westbound on Highway 402 for the report of a possible impaired driver. Police found the vehicle on Victoria Street in Delaware and pulled it over. It was determined the driver had previously consumed alcohol and was placed under arrest. A 42-year-old from Middlesex Centre has been charged.
