There will be a Meditation Club meeting today at the Mount Brydges Library starting at 6:30pm. Studies show that the effects of meditation while in a group more powerful than meditating alone. Strengthen your existing practice with like minded individuals. Session will start with open group discussion about general meditation experiences, followed by a guided group meditation. Strathroy Rockets Spring Camp will take place on Saturday May 4th and Sunday May 5th at the West Middlesex Memorial Centre. Personal invitations have been going out but if you feel you have what it takes to play with them next year …. fill out a Prospect Form on their website and someone from their Hockey Department will reach out to you as spots are filling up quickly!
