Those of you who commute to or from London in the Oxford Street West area near Kilworth, or by way of Gideon Drive coming from Delaware, construction on a new roundabout in London is set to begin this week. The roundabout will be located at the intersection of Oxford Street West and Gideon Drive. However, this construction will necessitate the closure of Gideon Drive and Kains Road at Oxford Street West.
To facilitate the project, workers will build a temporary bypass road along Oxford Street West, which will be used for most of the construction period. A detour will be established, and sidewalks will be redirected, but transit services are expected to remain unaffected. The project is anticipated to extend well into next year.
