Families with children aged 0-11 are invited to meet best-selling children’s author Judy-Ann Sadler at Glencoe. She will read her stories and lead a creative activity to make something special to take home.
- Join us every Friday at Parkhill from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm for Silly Science Fridays. Prepare to get messy with science fun led by Sylvia. The event may be held outdoors, weather permitting. This is for school-aged children (7-11) and their families.
- Join us every Friday at Ailsa Craig from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm for Nature Explorers. Dive into the mysteries and wonders of nature with activities that involve getting dirty and crafty. This event is for school-aged children (7-11).
- Teens aged 12-17 can join “Shake it Up!” at Strathroy to make a creative picture frame using a salt and pepper shaker to hold their summer memories.

Families can enjoy face painting at the Mt. Brydges library from 11:00am to 12:30pm, on a first-come, first-served basis, following storytime.
TOMORROW
- Saturday, August 17th is the final day to submit your portrait of Gladys and Peanut for the fall art show and prize draw at Glencoe. All ages and mediums are welcome to participate!
