It’s an early start to the weekend for many.
Following the significant snowfall and amid major clean-up, the London Catholic District School Board and the Thames Valley District School Board have both closed their buildings on Friday and cancelled classes.
Additionally, all athletic and extracurricular events are also postponed.
For those in post-secondary, Western University and Fanshawe College have closed their campuses. At Western, officials say in-person classes and exams could potentially be moved online where possible so students should double check.
There is some good news on the weather front, as Environment Canada has ended a Snow Squall Warning for our region.
