A special milestone will be recognized today. Today marks the 100th Anniversary of Veritas Chapter #128 of the Order of the Eastern Star. Over the century the club has been a part of and been successful on many various missions including an annual bursary for an SDCI student, play equipment at Caradoc North Public School and blankets for the hospital.
They have given their support to a full roster of organizations including the scouts, Strathroy Hospice, local food banks and shelters, girl guides and the WRRC. They will be celebrating this afternoon at Tia’s Place with a lunch in appreciation of making it to 100.
