Some big news coming out of the Strathroy and District Chamber of Commerce AGM on Tuesday. We spoke with Executive Director Donna Pammer.
What you may not know is that there isn’t another Chamber of Commerce in the entire county other than in London. Pammer says this change bolds well.
She says for now there will be no staffing increases but the board of directors is now full at eleven.
Pammer says there’s still a little red tape to go through.
She adds there are possibilities that a branch of the local Chamber office could happen in the future to accommodate the larger area of service.
The new name will be the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce.
