Lisa started with RBC as a co-op student, including positions as a teller, assistant manager and a financial planner but realized her passion was in mortgages. She’s been a local mortgage specialist for 24 years.
Tyler started in banking post college and university as a teller at RBC. Eventually he was brought in as a partner with Lisa in mortgages.
She says as an RBC mortgage specialist, they have the experience and knowledge specializing in home equity financing, with their focus on residential mortgages and are completely mobile being available 24/7.
Bowie says they take care of a wide arrange of accounts including first time homebuyers, leased lands, holding companies, self employed, investors, low income and foreign income to name a few. Combines they have about 50 years of being in the financial industry.
They do firm fast approvals which they pride their work on, including doing their due diligence up front including, verifying down payment, credit history, employment and the completion of the appraisal.
They both pride themselves on their community involvement, participating in many local events and sponsoring many as well. They have supported tons of local events including CMHA, Coldest Night of the Year, McHappy Day, Community Over Cancer plus much more.
