Lambton OPP have charged one individual with second degree murder in connection with a homicide investigation in Lambton County. On Saturday, of this past weekend just before 2pm, officers responded to a disturbance at a residence on Northville Crescent in Lambton Shores and found a deceased individual. A second individual with serious injuries was transported to hospital.
The deceased has been identified as 57-year-old Kimberly Hack of Lambton Shores. As a result of the investigation, 23-year-old Justin Hack of Middlesex Centre was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, in addition to attempted murder, and two counts of assault with a weapon (a knife).
Hack made a brief court appearance on November 30th via video, from the Lambton OPP detachment in Petrolia. The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Sarnia December 10th, 2025. A publication ban has been issued and, as a result, the OPP will not be able to release further information.
