The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is looking for 37 year old William Turner for breaking conditions of his statutory release while serving time for armed robbery, robbery and drug possession.
Turner is white – stands 6-4 – weighs 230 pounds – has brown hair and blue eyes. He has tattoos on his arms, hands and neck.
Ink on the right side of his neck reads ‘CWB’
‘Red Neck’ is tattooed across his hands.
There’s a ‘masked face’ and the outline of a gun on his right arm. The word ‘faith’ on his left forearm.
Turner is known to frequent Woodstock, London, St. Thomas, Sarnia and the Windsor area.
