If a group hoping to bring indoor roller skating to Strathroy wants to pursue it further, they’re on their own. The matter was brought forward at Strathroy-Caradoc council earlier this week, including a petition signed by over 500 people, but didn’t go any further. Council did not direct any further action regarding the topic and Ward 1 Councillor Frank Kennes tells myFM about one possibility, moving forward that the group could look into.
Kennes says the group could also reach out to the Strathroy Arenas.
But he admits, they’re pretty busy in the winter.
