We spring forward this weekend as we head into Daylight Saving Time across Ontario. The time change occurs at 2am Sunday so people are encouraged to set their clocks ahead one hour before they head to bed Saturday night.

Cyros says this isn’t just a recommendation.
While we might lose an hour of sleep by “springing forward,” it also marks the day when evenings start to grow brighter.
