There will be a lot going on this weekend in Mount Brydges to celebrate Easter with a pair of events.
First we head to the legion for an event hosted by Taylor Ivany and Lara Cutler and a week before Easter.
Lara says the cards for veterans were a natural progression.
Breakfast is cash only and Taylor and Lara says there’s no need to pre-register, just show up at the Legion on the 29th, between 9 and noon.
On the same day, its the 3rd annual Accessible Easter Egg Hunt put on by Sarah Jones and her friend Melanie Lackner in Mount Brydges this Sunday. For Sarah, the reason was personal, as she has a daughter with some medical complexities. The event itself has really grown in popularity from 30 participants in 2025, to 60 last year and as of today 190 people have signed up for this weekend’s event.
She says it’s an event that provides the feeling of inclusivity.
The completely FREE EVENT goes Sunday March 29th from 10-1pm, it’s Free as well at Lions Park in Mount Brydges and at thre Caradoc Community Centre. Those wanting to attend are asked to register on the Accessible Easter Egg Hunt Facebook Page where there is an eventbrite link there.
