The London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) has announced the winners of the 2025 Don Smith Commercial Building Awards, celebrating excellence in development across the region. The recipients were recognized during a ceremony held on March 25, 2026, at the Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn and Conference Centre.
Presented every two years, this awards program highlights outstanding achievements in commercial, industrial, multi-family, and institutional construction throughout the LSTAR area. The awards are named in honour of the late Don Smith, the esteemed co-founder of EllisDon, a globally recognized construction firm with strong ties to London, Ontario.
Among the major categories—Commercial, Industrial, Multi-family, and Institutional—the 2025 Multi-Family Community Award was presented to Caradoc Housing Corporation for its new affordable housing apartment building.
